Most of that planning tends to focus on what will happen to a person's money and their possessions, and how their funeral will be handled. Hereafter Mail is about tying up loose ends and providing closure for personal relationships; something that most of us would agree is ultimately the most important thing in life.
We are a privately owned professional service firm providing storage of postal mail (not e-mail), and subsequent forwarding of that mail after death, as authorized and directed by our clients. Our mission is to provide a reliable, easy-to-use, affordable service that addresses a previously unmet need for those who are making end-of-life preparations. Our approach is "do one thing; do it well". This is our only line of business. Our expectation, and yours, is that we will deliver flawless service 100% of the time.
I started this business after many years of working in corporations developing, refining, and optimizing business processes as a senior Information Technology leader. After all that time in corporate life, I wanted to do something more "human" and meaningful. I created Hereafter Mail with the intent of providing a service that would help people get through a challenging time in their lives, while making use of my business and IT background to ensure we excel in every aspect of what we do.
